Over the years, we’ve made many connections in our industry. We can connect you with local rental companies that can assist in providing what you need.

Our menu offerings have several options to accommodate vegetarian friends and most of our barbecue meats and side dishes are gluten free. Please let us know of any allergies when ordering.

Yes. Our delivered drop off catering packages require a minimum of 15 guests. Our on-site grilling full service events require a minimum of 50 adult guests.

Everything turned out great – thanks for asking! My sister was a huge help heating everything up so I would not get sauce on my white dress. LOL Everyone raved about the food, of course, and there are not too many leftovers. Brisket went first. I loved the mozzarella capri!

The synergistic effect is what makes Zachary's- a combination of family recipes and pride from the Chef/Owner Keith, the fresh and some quite unique ingredients, the love and joy of preparing & serving food instilled in the staff by Keith make for a delicious down south meal well north of the Mason/Dixon line. Go get your fingers dirty, they got plenty of paper towels.

This BBQ was amazing. The meat practically fell off the ribs, and the brisket was so tender, no knife was needed. The chicken was moist and delicious. The potato salad was so good, it was completely gone by the end of the day. Salad was great, and everyone loved the cornbread. The baked beans were excellent, and the corn-on-the-cob was the best I've ever eaten. Not one complaint from the 70+ people at our party. The caterers were so personable, friendly and helpful. The set-up was beautiful, and I loved that they left the leftovers in aluminum containers so we were able to enjoy that food for several dinners afterwards. I highly recommend them!

It was the perfect day. Not 1 person said anything bad about your food and staff. I am sure you will be getting calls from people there. The pig is the moistest pork I have ever had. I cannot say enough about our experience with Zachary's. Elizabeth helped us out on very short notice and we loved everything about it. The food was great and the service was excellent. Their awesome service took so much of the burden off of us. Our only regret was not ordering dessert. (next time) We look forward to our next event with them.
