I worked with Zachary's BBQ to provide catering for my mom's 60th birthday party and we had a wonderful experience! The team at Zachary's is professional, communicative, and kind. Additionally, their food is absolutely unreal! We selected the cornbread, pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, baked beans, and mashed yams. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was, and even our pickiest eaters were lined up for second helpings! I cannot recommend them Zachary's enough for all catering needs; we are already looking for events to hire them for in the future!Posted on Google
Elizabeth M20 September 2026The express setup was convenient and well executed. The food was fair. Most concerning, plates were not included with our express delivery and setup, despite both the website and confirmation emails stating that plates were part of the setup. With nearly 40 guests arriving moments later, discovering this at the last minute created an unnecessary logistical problem. The person who set everything up said the plates were not on the order and if they were on the order they would have brought them. No offer to help or figure it out, and it was essentially blamed on me. Here is what the website and the emails I got say about what is included: WEBSITE “Express Delivery & Setup – We bring the food fully cooked. We set up with all the fixin’s – plates, forks, napkins and serving utensils, single-use warming trays – leaving you and your guests to enjoy! Minimum of 20 guests. Delivery charge, warming trays, and sales tax applied.” EMAIL “Your menu will be sent in disposable aluminum pans hot and ready to serve. Our service staff will take care of setting up the items ordered. Please have space or tables available for us, before our arrival. The disposable plate ware and utensils are included for the meal.“ Update- They gave us $60 off for the error. Changed to 2 stars instead of 1.Posted on Google
Amy Hardie18 September 2026I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We used Zachary's for a first-ever in-house party for our office. Everything was PERFECT. Elizabeth, our primary contact who was also coordinating on site the day of the event, was great from our first interaction. She helped plan the menu, the logistics, and even decorated to match our theme. She was responsive and easy to work with. And I haven't even mentioned the FOOD! It was incredible. We're still getting people talking about how good it was a week later. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our first in-office event a smash hit.Posted on Google

Josh Brooks14 September 2026We selected Zachary's to cater our parents' retirement party and they exceeded our expectations! We hosted around 50-60 people and wanted to ensure there was enough food to go around. Communication was fluid as we discussed availability and menu options. On the day of the party, our order was delivered on time and was perfectly setup for guests. I really appreciate the "walk through" they needed me to do and approve before they could leave. Everything went wonderfully! The staff loved the food and we got to smell delicious barbeque all afternoon. We hardly had any leftovers at the end of the day, it was perfect.
